Offensive foul as time expires in 1H

Team A scores a TD on a pass play as time expires in 2Q into Half. 2 live ball fouls on Team A during the play - holding on 76 & QB illegal forward pass (QB was beyond LOS when threw pass) . Team B decline holding & accept illegal forward pass (loss of down) - would that end the half or 1 untimed down?

Team B would have the option of whether or not to extend the period. If it was fourth down, that would give Team B the untimed down on offense. But if the foul occurred on any down other than 4th, they will just want to end the half.
