What is the definition of adjacent?
Play = DE lined up outside the tackle enters the NZ and the SE flinches. Are they adjacent? and what rule support do you have for your answer.

McRef77 has got the rule references. Might meet the criteria if we're talking TE, but given you've identified the flinching player as the SE it's a false start.
