Unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, but no ejection...

So to me, keeping in mind that I am no longer an on-field official and I am going purely based on what I see in the video, player #65 (Dark blue jersey) knees an opponent. Flag is thrown and an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty is called on #65, but there is no ejection.

To me, the knee was deliberate and would warrant an immediate ejection.

Please feel free to share your thoughts, regardless of code. The video was obviously of an NCAA football game between Nevada and Hawaii.

Watching the whole clip, IMO should have been UNS or at least PF on both of them, in between the whistle.  Having the hindsight of watching after the fact, I think it was right to not eject him, based on the entire sequence of events.  Both players' actions should have had consequences.

Not sure what others are seeing, but B5 only tries to play football. He charges forward after the snap, then loses his feet and goes to the ground. He wants to get up, but A65 slaps B5’s head around while B5 is sitting there. Yeah, B5 grabs A65’s leg, but A65 breaks away and then blatantly knees B5 in the head.
I’ve got nothing on B5, and a flagrant personal foul on A65. A65 gets ejected.

In NFHS we could get 65 kneeing an opponent. 15yds and ejection.  9-4-3j penalty.

Final play of the season. Two on the losing team get blocked at the goal line. Both get up and proceed to kick and stomp the player that blocked them. Cascade of flags ....time expired. White Hat irritated because four of us surrounded the players with flags. Kid looks at me and says ..."Last play of the season you can't do anything to us with this flag." "Play Basketball or anything else?" "I'm the starting center on our basketball team." "Not for the first two games you're not. Suspensions carry over in Florida."

Left that crew at the end of playoffs. Don't criticize me when player safety is involved.

#5 might be holding, but you can't really see it.  Certainly no PF.

#65 PF and DQ by rule, as CalhounLJ has posted.

Maybe UNS for jumping up-an-down protesting the call, but I would like to see a little more video of what all he did
