Tragedy in Texas
« on: November 20, 2021, 09:14:14 AM »
Last evening, while traveling to their school's playoff game in Sweetwater, Texas, a bus carrying band members from Andrews High School (Andrews, Texas) was struck by a pickup truck going the wrong way on a highway service road in Big Spring. Three adults were killed, and two students are in critical, but stable, condition. The driver of the pickup is one of the deceased, and two adults on the bus are deceased. The two students that were seriously injured were airlifted to a hospital for treatment, and other students with less serious injuries were transmitted to a local hospital for treatment, and have been released.
The game was canceled.

Let's all be thankful for what we have, and lift up all of the families and friends of everyone associated with this terrible tragedy so that their pain and grief may be eased.

Peace and love to all.
