 Getting ready for new season, membership down, not sure if we can cover some games.  Are any others in this boat?
  Chapter morale is really suspect, trying to figure out how to improve the whole thing,  can't do it all at once,  just need a little input if any of you can offer a suggestion it would be appreciated.

I haven't heard one way or another about our area but I know recently that the new chapter leadership has made some strides to have events specific to Division 3-5 officials. I believe retention is one of the big issues they are trying to address but I can't say for sure.
