Weird week 17

Been a tough season for the men in stripes and week 17 I saw this:

An ejected player getting another usp penalty (for slamming his helmet into the turf) After he was already ejected?  In a college or high school game can you do that?  I mean they are already done playing. 

In the cowboys game the boys were hit with a delay of game penalty but what really happened was the was mistakenly set at 25 after their previous play ended instead of at 40. Not one of the seven officials caught it (but neither did the Cowboys staff). Thankfully the boys ended up scoring the TD.

Yeah, I was at that game too and thought that flag came out awfully quick after the previous play. Deep pass, Cowboys get downfield in usual time but all of a sudden DOG comes out. Why cant replay step in here? Is NFL replay different where they cant correct egregious clock errors?

I dont know if it's the same guy, but in the 1A and 2A state title games, every game had issues with the 25 sec clock.
