Observer Assessments
« on: March 21, 2012, 10:36:05 AM »
I'm an official from the UK and I'm working on updating out assessment process, using an on field observer rather then film. I'd be very interested in seeing what other associations that don't use film are doing. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Send me a PM with your email address and I'll be happy to share some guidelines that were put together by an NCAA D-II supervisor for his observers. Even though film and personal observations are both used, it would still be a helpful piece to use as a foundation.
