Specific rule reference for nose guard B2 slapping ball during the Snap?

If the nose guard salps the ball during the snap, is this a disconcerting act? I don't see where it could be encroachment since it occurs during the snap.

Provided that the snap is one single continuous motion backward then team B cannot touch the ball while it is still in the snapper's hand(s).
