Penalty enforcement question

As time expires in the 2Q....Team A throws an INT....As Team B15 returns, he is pulled down by his facemask at the B 30yd line. 1 untimed down at the B 45yd ?

Yes, Team B would get an untimed down from the B-45 since it was a live ball foul.
