Louisiana video on new penalty enforcement
« on: August 08, 2023, 10:30:00 PM »
I?m sure it?s already been brought up, and I?ll be glad to delete if so.  If not, this is the most clear explanation of penalty enforcement under the new rules I?ve seen so far.

HLinNC posted it in the strike 10-5-2 thread, but it?s not a problem. It?s a great training tool. NFHS should hire that dude. Or at least consult him before they try to write a rule.

Agree, LHSOA puts out good stuff.  I've also found a guy in Utah HSAA that has some good quality videos here - https://www.youtube.com/@mlfurm/videos

EFOA in Washington state releases good clips on Youtube almost every day.  I don't care for some of the "production" added to some of them as I'm not watching them to be entertained.

That is one thing we lack here in NC.  We occasionally get a video clip or two in an e-mail from Chapel Hill for major disasters but there's never been any kind of concentrated effort to sustain any video training.
