Hearing Update
« on: November 30, 2010, 04:43:01 PM »
I have heard from a reliable source that the injunction has been granted but the judge has not yet ruled on the UIL's motion to dismiss.  For the indefinite future there is no requirement to register with the UIL.   Eat It Ornry!     ^good   aWaRd

Hmmmmmmmmmm, seems to me if he granted the injunction for TASO he is not likely to rule in favor of UIL for dismissal.

I really couldn't agree more! But I don't expect anything definitive to come down the pike until at least sometime tomorrow!    z^

Here is the order.  The Judge ruled that the UIL would not be harmed by keeping things the way they have been all these years, and that nothing needs to change until after the court has a chance to decide the motions to dismiss.  Based on that, if he grants the motions to dismiss, we lose.  If he denies the motions, the UIL is toast.
