Rule change power point

You can get it from your state office. And it's a 14 mb file.

Our super claims a partial one is up on our state website but for the life of me, I can't locate it.  My take is it's not done yet.

The file is 15,000 KB and takes a while to download. The email from the state said it is a modified version; but at first glance, it looks complete

Scroll down to DOCUMENTS. It's there.

Silly me, I was looking under the officials tab ::)

I did the same thing when I first looked for it ... On my second attempt I went to the "Football Section" and found it in the "Documents."

Should have given more detail on where the PPT was located.
