Options?

PLAY: K’s free kick goes out of bounds untouched by R at the R-23.  Before the kick ends, K is flagged for a PF.  Options for R?

Great question.

Total guess, correct me if I'm wrong.  I think both are live ball fouls so options are:

Accept the free kick out of bounds foul:
1/10 at R-28
1/10 at R-35 (assuming original kick was from K-40)
Rekick from K-35 (assuming original kick was from K-40)

or 

Accept the PF:
1/10 at R-38
Rekick from K-25 (assuming original kick was from K-40)
