If it falls on us, it will be a bad situation even before the game starts, with us having to remind coaches that a certain player cannot play.  And it can't just be a number.  They are trying to help, but I'm not sure this is the solution.

  We will NOT police this.   It is up to schools and UIL.  I would certainly do an incident report if one coach made an issue about a player but nothing more.
