Just curious, but why don't more coaches take the time to fill this out? Maybe they don't know the rules well enough to know what was misapplied, but I know for sure, in our chapter, we have had a minimum of 10 games where rules were not applied correctly! I think, in our chapter, that if the coaches would do this, it would force some of our white hats to take the time necessary, and study up on the rules each year.
