Arena mechanics

Does anyone have a link to a mechanics manual for arena football? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Umpire mechanics for Arena are rather easy:

Line up about 5 yards off LOS, duck and cover.

mechanics for the wing guys:  Stand still, never get in front of the play, if a run/sweep comes to your side then run like hell.

Better yet, just line up on the goal line.  It's not that far away any way.

I might do that. Working B for the first time this weekend, indoors.
