So Half the Distance penalties...Is this correct?

15 yard penalty is Half inside the 30?
10 yard penalty half inside the 15?
5 yard penalty half inside the 5?

10 yard penalty half inside the 15? No. 1/2 the distance inside the 20.
5 yard penalty half inside the 5 ? No. 1/2 the distance inside the 10.

10 yard penalty half inside the 15?  Inside the 20.  So for instance, if you needed to go half the distance on a 10 yd penalty from the 18, you would go to the 9.
5 yard penalty half inside the 5?  Inside the 10.  So for instance, if you needed to go half the distance on a 5 yd penalty from the 8, you would go to the 4.

Yes, and no. DPI on a regular scrimmage down when the ball is snapped on/between the B-2 and goal are 1/2 the distance. DPI during a try from on/inside the B-3 are 1/2 the distance.
Otherwise, S/2/15 (I always say "It'S 2:15). Spot, 2, or full 15 yards, whichever comes first.

That is why officials will say "Inside the 30/20/10", whether out loud or on the O2O. This is a reminder that 15, 10, or 5-yard penalties, respectively, are now half the distance (with the exception of DPI, not including on a try at or inside the B-3).
