TASO / UIL update

May 2 never happened, the UIL appealed their loss at the Plea to the Jurisdiction hearing. The 3rd court of Appeals issued the attached opinion and injunction. 

Alright arbitrator, the registration is down, the injunction is in place.  You’re a tough guy to please, how’s this sit with you?   ;D

It is also noteworthy that this is the 5th court to stop the UIL.

0 for 5 will never stop them.  Until the US Supreme Court rules against them, they will continue to waste taxpayer money.

GettingFat: Right now I'm grinning from ear to ear! And thank you for acknowledging that I am a hard guy to please. The only negotiable items that I'd like to see from the UIL is for  tiphat: the Good UIL Dr. and his  :!# Strutting Simian to get totally out of the officiating business and just let TASO be TASO, much as Dr. Farney and Dr. Marshall did during their UIL tenures!   z^
