Coach/Official Interaction Presentation
« on: August 05, 2013, 10:15:03 AM »
I have to do a presentation on Coach/Official interaction for a upcoming meeting. Looking to see if anyone has material over this before I go and reinvent the wheel.

Thank you

I don't have anything prepared, but what has worked for me through the years is only answer a coaches questions. A comment is not required for everything he says, only questions.

"Silence can not be misquoted"- A Very Wise Man, Whoever Said It

Anything prefaced or apended with "you" is 15 yards and maybe bye-bye time.

Other than that, I've got nothing.

I've always followed the advice Patrick Swazey gave to his staff in the move, "Roadhouse", "Treat people with respect and always be nice, until it's time not to be nice".  It's worked well so far.
