Is it considered an illegal shift if A88 goes in motion while in motion A75 goes set (three point stance)?

Yes if a88 doesn’t stop for at least one second immediately prior to the snap

but as long as A88 pauses for 1 second prior to the snap, it's good. if not, then flag, illegal shift
