Yes, it is true. A fully edited version of the 2012-2012 rule book will be available on the CFO site in the near future.

Nice to get an updated rulebook, if only to have the 2012 Supplement and 2011 Blocking below the waist corrections in one document!

But I do wonder why the title says "2012 and 2013 Rules and Interpretations" I thought 2013 was a "Rules Change Year" (And yes, I realize that we've had rules changes every year - even with the "2 Year Cycle")

For those who have android devices (not sure about apple), there is a NCAA rule book app available, it's exclusively for those registered on Arbiter. It's very good, although it's not the fully edited version of the rule book, hopefully a update to the app will follow soon. ^good

If it's the same one I downloaded for my Iphone, it was just a pdf of the rule book and 2011 to boot.  Not sure if android can do this, but if you send the pdf version to yourself in an email and open it on the Iphone and select "open in IBooks" it will be saved to your bookshelf on the phone.

Best regards,

Brad

I downloaded the PDF onto my computer, then transferred it to my Nook.

Go to "Play Store" or "Google Play" on your device, then search for NCAA Football Rules, "2011-2012 CFO Football Rules" should come up.
