Just to put this to bed, the blocks by Welker, Amendola and Edelman all
were legal. A receiver can block an opponent past the LOS while the ball
is in the air if it's
away
from the area of the pass(?)

It was judged that the hit by Welker and the touching of the pass were virtually simultaneous...meaning OPI is off.
