What would it be considered if a official allegedly calls a coach, a principal or an AD at a school to tell them information about a crew that they potentially would like to use for a game?

What would it be considered if a official allegedly calls a coach, a principal or an AD at a school to tell them information about a crew that they potentially would like to use for a game?

This would be considered an absolute violation of TASO ethics and code of conduct.  Regardless if the information being told was in a positive light it is very specifically outlined by TASO that officials are not to contact coaches or game administration staff.
