Is this shift legal

Hi all,

If this was a game officiated with IFAF rules this play would get flagged for illegal shift. Is this legal in NFHS or at least in some states? Thanks for your replies.

Also illegal under NCAA rules.  In fact I'm not even sure there's a code that does allow this.

Ah, televised state finals-where all the stuff you've let go catches up to you.

I still have the Michigan final clip where a team got away with a hideout play, 2015 I think it was.  I show it regularly to our group as a reminder.

Illegal Shift.  But a great play nonetheless.

There's an open chat channel created for football officials to have a running commentary on the championship games in Texas every year (along with NCAA bowl games.)  That's one way to get brutally honest feedback lol.
