Heading West
« on: April 06, 2015, 11:56:07 AM »
It is time for me to bid farewell to the Lone Star State. We are moving back to California to get our kids closer to their grandparents and family. I've been a resident of Texas for nearly 6 years and officiated 5 seasons here and have learned much as an official in that time. I will very much miss my time here and the friendships I've made. I'm sure I will also miss NCAA rules and trading barbs with my fellow Texans here.

I wish you all the best and great things to come in the future. I'll see you around.

Leave your NCAA rule book and republican card at the border.  :sTiR:

Where in California? Sacramento is always looking for good officials. We'll even teach you the Fed rules.

Thanks fellas. I started my career there so I just need to brush up on Fed rules.

I have some friends calling community college ball out there so I may try and break in there. We will see.

Mike, right now it'll be the Bay Area. Am I correct in understanding that the Sacramento association covers all the way down to Vallejo / Benicia? If so I may end up there.

Sacramento does cover those areas. North Coast covers most of the other areas. I pm you with contact info.
