Not sure but let's assume 10$ per ticket.  There are a lot of folks there that don't pay, bands, cheerleaders, coaches in the stands, school faculty, etc...   Anyway at 10$ per ticket.

48379 * 10 = 483790
483790 - 20000 = 463790
463790/5000 = 92.75
92.75 * 20 = 1855

1855 + 125 = $1980. Before travel, etc..

Of course there is broad acceptance that nobody actually does the calculations correctly or even tries.

Increase that by 1/3.  I went Friday night and they were charging $15 a ticket.  But, you also have to take into account people that paid and stayed for multiple games and the split with those officials.  There was 40,000 for the Katy game at 4 oclock -- so you have to assume that most of the crowd stayed.

I worked one last year and got a check for $853. I believe the attendance was 43K and change.

$500 - $999 $60
$1,000 - $1,999 $65

You may be right HOULJ but I'm not sure how it works with Championship games. Most of that 49,000+ in attendance had watched the 2 previous games also. So they didn't all pay to just watch our game. Not sure how its broken down from there...

I am pretty sure that all of the games played on that weekend are divided between all of the crews that work that weekend.

Gate is counted each day and each crew for that day is paid the same.
So, this year on Thursday there will be 4 games/4 crews. Attendance will be totaled and divided by 4 for an average gate. All 4 crews will be paid the same. Same method for Friday and Saturday.
