GHSA Football Training - Hurdling?

At 4:16 would the action by the defender attempting to leap the shield constitute hurdling? I know NCAA has a specific rule against this, but under NFHS the only potential option would be hurdling. Does this constitute “an attempt by a player to jump (hurdle) with one or both feet or knees foremost over an opponent who is contacting the ground with no part of his body except one or both feet"?

No. His knees and feet were not foremost. No foul
If you didn't see it, you can't call it

The term hurdling is very descriptive. Think of a track runner jumping over a hurdle. It has to look very close to that before it’s a foul.

Different situation -- 4th and goal at the B1. A brings in their star running back, Beau Jaxxon. He's supposed to go straight up the middle, but sees the pile of blockers and instead decides to jump over the top.

You wouldn't flag that for hurdling and you wouldn't flag this either.

That's a dive, not a hurdle.  Would a track athlete try to clear the hurdles like that?

What if they're really good at somersaults and are trying to parkour their way down the track? I mean, they'd likely lose, but it'd be fun to watch.

None of that play was remotely an example of this statement.  Its nothing.
