It is said that Emperor Constitene devised this calculation. He was the first Roman big-shot to support the Christians, but was bothered by each Christian group celebrating Easter on different dates as would take different days off for their Pilgrimage to Calviery . He asked their leaders to meet and come up with a same day. The leaders did but couldn't agree on a date for Easter. The emperor then decided for them....
(1) It should be on Sunday as that is your Holy Day;
(2) It should be in Spring,as that is when flowers bloom and life comes back to many plants;
(3) As most had their pilgrimage w/o donkey and Roman streetlights were rare, their walk should be under a full moon.
