Many people are saying, such a drastic wording change may require a clear Rule 2 definition of "apparent"    :!# :sTiR:

A PARENT : One of two people needed to sire Bubba, Tugboat, and all the rest. Often noticed at a game, with a blame of (1) officials, (2) coaches - for not calling Bubba's play, (3) Athletic Director - for scheduling such mean opponents, (4)the opponents - for being so mean,(5) the boosters club - for not having field turf so Bubba wouldn't fall as much, (6) the Snack Shack -smell of food loses Bubba's focus, (7) Bubba's teammates - who probably don't like him.
NOTE : You may think of more reasons to BOO. A parent doesn't need a reason to BOO the officials.  :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke:

APPARENT : Ayuh,'spect so  yEs: (Maine colloquialism)  :sTiR: tR:oLl tiphat:

But that is the reason that they boo, we're the officials.  And regarding the rule as someone once said 'Ayuh, I don't believe that you can get there from here'.
It's easy to get the players, getting 'em to play together, that's the hard part. - Casey Stengel
