We Mourn Red Cashion, Longtime NFL and SWC Official

 It is with deep regret that I must report that one of our longtime NFL, SWC, and high school football officials, Red Cashion, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2017.

Red refereed in the NFL for some 27 years, with 21 of them being as a Referee. He referred in both NFL Super Bowls XX and XXX.

He was a 1953 graduate of of Texas A&M University and a proud veteran of the U. S. Army. He was also a successful Bryan-College Station businessman.

A Memorial Service is set for Monday, February 18th at 10:00AM at the A&M United Methodist Church Church in College Station, Texas under the direction of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.

We've simply lost a great official, and a wonderful man of true Christian virtues!
