Without knowing when and where in this case (K)8 returns to the field of play there is no way to properly enforce any illegal participation foul.

Is the result of this play, including any possible penalty enforcement, going to be different depending on exactly when A8 stepped on the sideline vs. exactly when B15 possessed the ball?
