If a FG try does not cross the goal line, where is the ball placed?
Ex: Team A attempts a FG from Team B 45. The ball doesn't cross the goal line. Team A downs the ball at 5.
Does it come back to the 45 or is it considered like a punt?
What if the ball gies out of bounds before it crosses the goal line?
