Did they miss a couple of horse collars last night? One on a sack by Auburn and one on the long pass by FSU that set up the winning TD?

The boys in the chatroom said yes for sure on the long gainer.  I do not recall the sack

Easily missed with the entire FSU coaching staff running down the sidelines in the white ahead of the official.

The long run yes but the field judge had moved into the field of play and probably didn't get the right angle on it.
On the sack I thought in NCAA that behind the line of scrimmage between tackles there was no horsecollar

RULE 9 / CONDUCT OF PLAYE RS AND OTHERS SUBJECT TO THE RULES FR-89
Horse Collar Tackle
ARTICLE 15. All players are prohibited from grabbing the inside back collar of
the shoulder pads or jersey, or the inside collar of the side of the shoulder pads
or jersey, and immediately pulling the ball carrier down. This does not apply
to a ball carrier, including a potential passer, who is inside the tackle box (Rule
2-34). Note that the tackle box disintegrates when the ball leaves it.
I don't remember the play so I don't remember if it was between the tackles or not

You are correct and the sack was in the tackle box - no foul.

I was wondering:  Could the LJ helped on the horse collar?

On that long run it certainly looked like he got a hand in the front as well on the tackle - the way that NCAA interprets, would that make a difference?

Think the right arm had a grip on the jersey, left hand went over the shoulder and wrapped around the helmet, fingers went in the face mask, was a turn of the head but not sure tackler caused it.  Runners momentum was still going forward from the replays.
