WTH!!  Never even close to a completion.  L should have killed the play. Umpire tossed bean bag rather than focussing on his keys. Entire crew should have seen and reversed the call.

Entire crew should have seen and reversed the call.

Now, that's an overstatement.

Forget the Incomplete Pass....what about the False Start @ :07?

Was this the St. Petersburg Florida All Star game?

This was the US Army All-American Bowl.  Amazing that they missed the complete/incomplete.  I understand the FST not being called as they were probably advised ahead of time not to be too picky.

The concept incomplete or complete must be evaluated at "normal speed", no slow motion..Of course, this it was an incomplete pass

So this game was played in San Antonio. I assume it was some of my fellow Texas Officials. Has anyone talked with the guys who worked the game and asked them about the Incomplete pass or if they were instructed to not call FST's? Just wondering.....

There are two games -- one on Texas and one in Florida.  This happened in the Florida game.
