Does anyone have material about the restrictions on Camouflage Uniforms, according to the NCAA rules?
We want to be clear on this subject with the programs before the start of the season.

I don't think there's anything written down outside of what's in Rule 1, but the numbers have to contrast with the shirt.  If you can't read the numbers, then it's probably not a legal shirt.
