Clock question

5/5 philosphy.  Am I correct in that this means you correct the clock if it's off more than 5 seconds or off at all under 5 minutes of a half?

Yes.  Over 5 min left in the half, only stop the game to correct something that is over 5 seconds.  Under 5 minutes, correct any differences.
