Weirdest Free Kick I've ever seen...

  Kickoff from the K-35, kicker K47 whiffs the kick but glances the top of the ball enough off the tee so that it is rolling forward to the K-43. Where K47 shoves/"kicks" the ball forward with inside of his foot (think soccer pass) the ball again. It is slowly rolling at the K-45 with a group of players hovering around it. Suddenly B dives on the ball. After the ensuing pile it was recovered by B80.

Illegally kicking the ball. The illegal kick is also an illegal touching spot.  Since B legally recovered the ball, it belongs to them.  Tack on 10 yards from the A45.  B 1/10 @ A35.

Let's change your scenario and say that A recovered at the A48.  B would decline the illegal kick and take the ball 1/10 @ A43 where the kick occurred.
