Does anyone use Decibullz or a similar DIY custom earpiece?  If so, please share your experiences/recommendations/pitfalls/tips.  Thanks!

I like mine. I would suggest purchasing the "Awareness" version over the "Isolation" version. I first purchased the latter and found that it blocked out too much sound and rendered that ear deaf.
