Interception in the end zone

Team B40 Intercepts in the ball in his endzone Team B Player starts running around with B40 still in his own end zone. After change of posession and Also in his own endzoneTeam B 77 Blocks Team A88 in the back.

1.Team B40 tackled in his endzone.
2. B40 returns the ball out of the endzone where he is tackled at his own 5.

What do ya do?
If you don't see the Football Don't Blow the Whistle!!!

Safety in both cases as the spot of the foul is behind the basic spot.

Isn't this the situation where we had a hard time finding a rule reference because the book says "Team A"?

See A.R. 10-2-2-XXVI, which is pretty clear.

I don't see any problem in the language of the rule 10-2-2, it pretty consistently speaks of offense and the existence of neutral zone (which disappears after the change of team possession). This is a simple three-and-one enforcement with no neutral zone and the spot of the foul being behind the end of the related run.
