Very strange situation!

Can you guys please give me some input on the situation below.  Also the Rule or AR.

A1 punt goes beyond the neutral zone and is first touched by A40 at B20.  B1 picks up the ball and advances to A30 where he is tackled and fumble.  A35 recover and advances the fumble to B10 where he is hit and fumble.  The fumble is picked up by B20 who advances into A's end-zone.

During A35 run B60 holds A75 on A's 40.  Also during B20 run A80 blocks B 50 in the back on B'40.

Both teams have fouled, so the down is repeated, unless the team in last posession did not foul before last gaining posession. Team B has the posession last but has fouled before that. Thus, offset, repeat the down.
