Aristo Sport Watch help identify?

I got this in a package of used gear from ebay.  Anyone kbow how to turn this off? Or what model it is?  Has anyone ever seen this before?  Cant fibd anything on the web and can't turn the darn thing off

on the topic of watches, isnt it you who live near some watch outlet who has an annual sale where watches are like 75% off?  If so, I havent noticed you mention this big sale of late.

TS- I'm in the mountains of WNC.  The nearest outlet stores are over in Pigeon Forge, TN about an hour away,  but I don't recall any watch outlets.  Once I leave Nike, Reebok, adidas and Under Armour, I'm spent.
