Houston-Tulsa ending

The 2nd to last play Tulsa gets to the line quick and snaps it. Play results in a loss. Tulsa calls timeout.

It is abundantly clear that Houston has 13 on the field at the snap. No review.  Will this cause a problem for crew/replay?
