two forward handoffs

A12 takes the snap in shot gun formation. Hands the ball off to A32 going right on a sweep right play who then hands the ball off on the inside handoff (A32's left) to A88. Is this a legal play??? Two forward hand offs but behind the los.

As long as A88 meets the requirements of 7-3-2 (he's a back or end not adjacent to the snapper), then its legal behind the LOS.

That being said, I've seen a lot of teams do a jet sweep pitch where the ball is thrown forward and not handed -- if they did that twice, it would be illegal.

We have one particular HS that essentially does a volleyball set pass.  QB isn't supposed to possess.  We remind them when they bring it up in pre-game its either a forward pass or a muff, depending on the R's judgment.
