What 10-yard belt?  This is Team A, and A20 is stationary within the tackle box at the snap, and neither he nor the ball leave the the a tackle box before the block is made.  Until he or the ball leave the TB, he MAY block below the waist in any direction, even back toward his end line, as long as the block is from the front.  It was.  No foul.

Ruling: A, 1/25 @ A-25, RFP, 25 - BBW outside 10yd belt and from the side

Again, what 10-yard belt?  In this case, A20 makes a low block from the side, and that’s a foul.

Ruling:A, 1/25 @ A-25, RFP, 25 - BBW outside 10yd belt

There’s that mysterious 10-yard belt again. Since neither A20 nor the ball have left the TB, he may block below the waist.  Legal block.

4)
1/10, A-40, left hash. 6:00 (1).  A=0, B=7.
Back A11 is directly behind the snapper, at the A-33.  Back A20 is directly behind the first lineman to the snapper's right ('normal' splits), at the A-34.  After the snap, B55 is able to rush through the left side of the line untouched and is heading directly toward A11.  As B55 is approaching A11, A20 quickly throws his body toward B55, contacting B55 at the knees, from the side.  A11 advances to the A-45 where he is tackled and the ball is declared dead.

Ruling: A, 1/25 @ A-25, RFP, 25 - BBW outside 10yd belt and from side

Hmmm, 10-yard belt...
Anyway, back A20 makes a low block toward the ball, and from the side.  Back toward the ball is OK, but a block from the side is illegal. Foul for illegal block below the waist.

5)
1/10, A-40, left hash. 6:00 (1).  A=0, B=7.
Back A11 is directly behind the snapper, at the A-33.  Back A20 is directly behind the second lineman to the snapper's right ('normal' splits), at the A-34.  After the snap, B55 is able to rush through the left side of the line untouched and is heading directly toward A11.  A11 begins to run to his right.  B55 adjusts his path of travel to intercept A11, and is facing directly toward the right sideline at the A-35 when A20 moves directly in front of and facing B55, and then blocks B55 at knees. A11 advances to the A-45 where he is tackled and the ball is declared dead.

Ruling: A, 2/5 @ A-45, running, 40

A20 makes a low block toward the ball.  Since neither he nor the ball have left the TB, he may block before the waist from the front in any direction.  Legal block.

6)
1/10, A-40, left hash. 6:00 (1).  A=0, B=7.
Back A11 is directly behind the snapper, at the A-33.  Back A20 is directly behind the second lineman to the snapper's right ('normal' splits), at the A-34.  After the snap, B55 is able to rush through the left side of the line untouched and is heading directly toward A11.  A11 begins to run to his right.  B55 adjusts his path of travel to intercept A11, and is facing directly toward the right sideline at the A-35 when A20, at the A-34, throws his body at B55, and then blocks B55 at knees from the side. A11 advances to the A-45 where he is tackled and the ball is declared dead.

Ruling: A, 1/25 @A-25, RFP, 25 - BBW outside 10yd belt and from side

Similar to 5, but the block is from the side, and that makes it illegal.

Yikes! I applied Team B's restriction to all scenarios for Team A.
