Fouls under 9-8--3

For the first one a warning (signal 15), for the second one a 5 yard penalty (signals 7 & 29). From then on it's a 15 yard penalty signals ( 7, 29 & 27). Is that unsportsmanlike charged to anyone or do we just keep signaling unsportsmanlike charged to no one in particular? Not much to worry about I've in my career never had a 15 yarder. Just thought I'd ask.

Case Book 9.8.3 Situation A:
“Since the head coach is responsible for the team box, the fouls are all charged to the head coach.  The second penalty for a 15-yard unsportsmanlike foul results in the disqualification of the head coach.”

Like you, I’ve never had to throw a 15-yarder.
