I nominate Robinson Middle School and White Hall Junior High in Arkansas. Coaches had an agreement that allowed Robinson's #85, a Cerebal Palsey victim, to score a TD. Informed us, the officiating crew, that if Robinson got down close, they would snap the ball in a shotgun and hand it to #85. They got to the 5, called a timeout, sent in their play and a new ball autographed by the other ten players on the field at that time. Ball was snapped, and White Hall players "missed tackles" to allow him to score. We swapped the ball out and gave it to him as he left the field. On the ensuing PAT, Robinson's QB took a knee. Both stands gave loud ovations for the player.
