Where can i get a copy of the rulebook that is in the 8.5 x 11 size instead of the little book?

The NCAA book can be downloaded, when avaliable, and print it yourself. Take it to Staples and get it bound.

And if you don't want to print at home you can send the file to FedEx-Kinkos Online, have them enlarge and spiral bind the book for you. As I remember about $20. Not cheap but a very usable copy. For the iPhone users out there you can also add the PDF copy to iBooks.
