Haven't watched the whole thing, but several things stick out.
-CCA mechanics indicate that the back edge of the yard line is to be used to spot the clip (not the front edge). Besides being in the CCA Manuals, that has been the only convention I've known in my 41 years.
Measurement
-The L stands on the chain? Never - never seen that before. I've never seen anything except the H just holding the clip securely. Not gonna say it is wrong, but...
-When measured short of a first down, the R picks up the measured ball to relocate it - NEVER, NEVER move the measured ball until a replacement ball has been spotted at the succeeding spot. I'm sure someone will say, "We're lucky to get one ball!" Well, then, do what you have to do. You might drop a bean bag at the nose of the measured ball, in case you have to re-measure, should the R drop the chain, etc. But, if at all possible, get a replacement ball.
-The position of the B on the offensive side of the ball is good - but he should be on the side of the chains opposite the pressbox. This keeps him from obscuring the view of the nose of the ball from the R and the pressbox. The R should always face the pressbox when measuring (by standing on the side of the chains opposite the PB). The chains should always be dropped on the pressbox side of the ball. And the U should stand beyond the ball (on the defensive end), while setting the forward stake. All of this This gives the pressbox the clearest view of the measurement.
