4th/9 B49. A5's punt is caught on B's 12 by B44 who runs to B's 22 where he fumbles. A76 recovers the fumble on B's 25 and runs to B's 4 where he fumbles. The ball hits the goal line pylon. B85 is flagged for holding on B's 18 during the punt.

Foul was beyond the ENZ by B(R) on a scrimmage kick play which crossed the ENZ before the end of the kick and K (A) isn't next to put the ball in play.  Foul enforced from teh end of the kick, half the distance from B12.

(b) Take the PSK foul: B 1st and 10 on the 6. (Half the distance from the end of the kick - the 12).

I didnt read it 1st time too.  I was saying, "heck, K will decline penalty & put ball on the 4."
didnt even read the pylon sentence.
