In the following situations it is 2nd and 8 at the A 32 yd-line. A86 runs a 10 yard button-hook, jumps straight up and controls/possesses the forward pass. While he is still airborne, B27 contacts him and knocks him back 3 yards toward the line of scrimmage. Please rule on each of the following when A86:
1) Loses control of the ball as he contacts the ground.

2) Maintains control of the ball as he contacts the ground at the A 39 yd-line with the side of his body.
3) Juggles the ball upon contact but regains control as he falls to the ground at the A 39 yd-line.
4) Maintains control of the ball as he lands on his feet. He then turns to run and gains an additional 8 yards to the A 47 yd-line.
5) Maintains control of the ball as he lands on his feet. He then turns to run, gives ground and is tackled 2 yards further back at the A 37 yd-line.

6) Then consider that it is 2nd and goal from the B 9 yd-line. A86 jumps straight up (1 yard in the end zone) and similar to situation 5) above, he is knocked back to the 2 yd-line, lands on his feet, gives ground and is tackled at the 5 yard line.
7) Again 2nd and goal from the B 9. A86 controls the ball while airborne in the end zone, but juggles it upon contact with B27. A86 regains control as he falls to the ground at the 2 yd-line.
Of course some of these are very straight forward. Others --- maybe not so much.
